I was pleasantly surprised by how the wool weft gives it a cozy, soft feel underfoot, and the leather accents add just the right amount of visual contrast. It's held up well on my hardwood floor without slipping.

I was worried the wool would feel scratchy underfoot but it's actually really soft, and the leather strips add a nice sturdy weight that keeps it from sliding around. Two months in and it still looks brand new even with a dog that sheds constantly.
